    Damn, sorry about the multiple comments was trying to get the url in should be plug-weld too, not p lug-weld.

    Give the guy a break, puddle-plug, tomahto-tomaeto, no one’s being marked on it and we all found it. MIG weld sound is a poor indicator of weld technique. Different jobs need different techniques, different setups and thus different sounds. Just because a weld doesn’t sound like sizzling bacon or whatever doesn’t mean its bad. One thing, though plug welds should start from the centre and go out NOT as someone here commented the other way round

    A puddle joint. Never heard of such a thing in 20 years of welding. Its called a plug weld. A puddle joint, isnt that cute.

    Hey..give the guy a break. He’s only twenty three years old and can’t have too much experience. I know he looks much older but thats because his skin has turned into a leather-like substance from welding without proper protection. LoL

    What he did was actually called a Plug weld. This video was just to give tips for the inexperienced welders who want to do cosmetic welding on something.
