Great video. Is there really a way to make money with a set up like that? Where would you find that kind of work? I’ve got the capital to invest - but not sure where to find the work.

I used to weld aluminum aircraft parts with my bare hands too until the lump on my hand turned out to be malignant.

Cool setup. What will the finished parts be going into?

so if you want to save money as well you get a wire feed welder like a lincoln 100 sp or even a harbour freight unit will work fine.you save money by the spool and you can feed wire into your arc replicating the operation of units like the CK worldwide wire feed tig setup.

cool setup there dude. I just bought the Dynasty 200DX with the coolmate 3. Made a custom tig cart that I call the crazy cart. I just put up a video of it on here. Hey I wonder if my welding would improve with enough of that beer? :) Nice set up. Enjoyed viewing it.

Either, You would need a mig gun made for automated welding. They are typically straight and it would fit in the v block clamp on the torch arm just like the tig torch. If you buy the welding lathe new from GenTec, Its around 5000 for all the stuff you need. I am thinking of selling my unit and will probably try to get around 2400 for it.

that just fore tig? and how much does something like that
    cost?
